Ava'a Rapunzel Party

Ava has loved the movie, Tangled lately...so it was no surprise when she asked for a Rapunzel birthday party.
We made paper lanterns from construction paper cylinders.

I attached forks to the back of black plates to make frying pans.

I used  homemade crackers for the place settings and filled them with toys and candy. They girls enjoyed pulling them apart to find their prizes!

We played pass the parcel and the winner got to keep the princess puzzle that was inside.

The tower was the main attraction. We  cut it out of wood and used card stock for shingles. We took a picture of each guest in the tower and wanted poster, and gave them prints in their thank you cards.

We had "Tangled Races"!

The girls got to decorate their own cupcakes.

Christmas lights made great floating lanterns above the table!
